Google G Suite Accounts for Clubs

Effective immediately, 4-H Alberta will provide any of its clubs with a Google G Suite account to help them virtually deliver their programs and serve their members.  Having a G Suite account will allow clubs to use Google’s many resources and apps such as Google Meet (video meetings, conference calls, etc.), Google Classroom, Drive, Forms, Docs, Sheets, etc.

To request your G Suite account or for inquiries, please contact Shane Guiltner, Interim Director Marketing, Communications & Technology at shane.guiltner@4hab.com.

Google Meet

With your 4-H Alberta G Suite account you will be able to host high-quality video meetings for up to 150 participants.

Google Drive

1TB of storage for your club to organize your files, data, and whatever needs to be stored safely using highly secure server storage.

Zoom

Zoom is a popular video conferencing tool, similar to Google Meet.

Free Zoom accounts are available for everyone but have a 40-minute time limit. If you require meetings longer than 40 minutes, please contact 4-H Alberta to book a Zoom meeting for you. 4-H Alberta will provide access to Zoom meetings and conferences to assist clubs requiring online meetings greater than 40 minutes with more than 3 participants.
