Please note that the Annual Meeting of the Voting Members of 4-H ALBERTA will be held as follows:
DATE: Saturday, June 11, 2022
TIME: 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. MDT
LOCATION: 4-H Centre and via Zoom Meeting
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Approve the minutes of May 29, 2021 Annual General Meeting;
- Receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2021;
- Elect the slate of Directors;
- Appoint the Auditors for 2022 and authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration;
- Bylaw amendments approval.
