Calgary Region Winter Bonanza Overnight Camp
December 31, 2021 - January 2, 2022
This Junior and Intermediate winter camp experience is sure to spark your imagination and build confidence, independence and communication skills. You will participate in some physical activity (some is outside so bring appropriate clothing), games, hands-on learning, and skill development – all in a fun, enjoyable way!
Registration: Log into your 4-H account and click on the tab that is at the top of your screen “V1 Program Registration”
Arrival: Friday December 31, 2021 between 5:30pm to 6pm. Please do not arrive prior to 5:30pm Supper is served promptly at 6:15pm
Departure: Sunday January 2, 2022 at 11am sharp! Lunch is NOT provided on Sunday.
COVID Rules: Kamp Kiwanis follows the REP program. This means that all children ages 12 years and up will need to show proof of double vaccination or show a negative COVID test result within 72 hours of arrival to the camp.
Accommodations: Dorm style accommodations with up to 5 in a room, bunk beds. Shower facilities are available.
Schedule of Activities:
Friday – Supper, small group & games
Saturday -Small group & large group sessions, skill sessions, large group game and in the evening is a dance & campfire (weather permitting)
Sunday – Pack up and clean up, large group game
Payment: $110 for members, $35 for Youth Leaders
