Welcome to the 2020-2021 4-H club year!

We are taking COVID-19 precautions seriously. 4-H Alberta is following Alberta Health Services’ (AHS) guidelines. The most current requirements from AHS can be found at Alberta’s Relaunch Strategy. We are monitoring AHS updates regularly and will send updates as required.

4-H Clubs in Alberta are reorganizing for the fall. Every club operates in a unique way. We are confident that each club’s leadership team will continue to support members in having a positive experience in an adaptive environment.

We understand this year will be different than previous ones and empathize with the difficulties in finding a location to accommodate members for meetings and project events. It will also be an adjustment to social distance, monitor sanitation, limit mass gatherings, and host some events virtually. We are confident that 4-H Members and Leaders, with the support of parents and guardians, will embrace new opportunities. It is an exciting time to explore everything that 4-H Alberta has to offer!

It is important to be aware that any given time the Alberta Health Service requirements may change without notice and 4-H Alberta will be closely following all AHS requirements.
