The 4-H Alberta Sheep show is celebrating its 11th year in 2021, this show is a reflection of the thriving Alberta Sheep industry.  The Sheep Show is a great place to learn best practices, connect with like-minded youth and deepen your understanding of the industry.

The sheep industry in Alberta is Strong, Stable and full of Consistency and Quality which is reflected in the 4-H Alberta sheep project!  The Sheep Show is a great place to strengthen your passion for the industry, gain new insights and share your vision with other youth and adults from across the province.  This program is for both the first-year member in the sheep project and the experienced veteran as the 4-H Alberta Sheep Show always has something NEW to experience.

The program will help to sharpen your husbandry, judging, marketing, showmanship and trimming skills by taking in educational sessions and participating in various competitions.  The added opportunity is to be at the forefront of the industry.  The 4-H Alberta Sheep Show is a great stepping stone to be part of an industry that is thriving in Alberta on the ground floor.  As more producers enter into the Alberta sheep industry, 4-H Alberta is seeing more members enter into the sheep project across the province.  Expand your knowledge base and be a part of a growing industry in Alberta.

We require that you register on the 4-H Registration system and you will enter animals and skill sessions on the Summer Synergy website – entries –http://www.summersynergy.ca/entries.html

Provincial Event Registration Policies

  • Online Registration opens at 12:00 am on the first day of registration and is available 24 hours a day until midnight of the registration deadline.
  • Registration is not considered complete until full payment is received.

Provincial Event Registration Policies

  • Online Registration opens at 12:00 am on the first day of registration and is available 24 hours a day until midnight of the registration deadline.
  • Registration is not considered complete until full payment is received.
  • All requests for late registration (after the Regular Registration Deadline) will be accepted at the sole discretion of the program lead and will be subject to an additional fee of $25.00 on top of the Regular Registration cost.
  • An administrative fee of $25.00 will be retained on all cancellations. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event start date will forfeit the entire registration fee unless a delegate replacement is available or extenuating circumstances are at play.
